Ton Yoga will motivate and inspire you to follow your body’s natural rhythms and movements. Located mainly in Vieux-Hull and Outaouais, Ton Yoga offers a wide range of activities for all ages.
Beginning or maintaining a yoga practice will give you strength, flexibility, confidence and control of body and mind. Improve your health and become part of a community in a safe, authentic, dynamic and peaceful environment. A 70-year-old yogi recently explained the benefits of yoga to me in detail, after assuring me – head upside down – that he was slowing down the aging process:
